Tom,
Thanks for having the bugle repaired.  It has been donated back to the school for our taps program.  Attached is a picture of one of our high school buglers at work last Memorial Day.

"I went to the cemetery today for my late husbands birthday, took flowers, flag and balloon...my husband was a Sgt. in the Marines. There was a very nice man there that played the taps for me. It was beautiful !!!!!! I can only pray that all Veterans can be honored in the way I felt that my husband was today. Thank you !!!!! His birthday was complete". - Judy

Greetings, Mr. Day. Thank you, again, for your personal support and Bugles of America's corporate support in providing an award medal for our Awards Night on March 8, 2012.   On behalf of BAA, I presented the blue medal to Cadet Corporal Tyra Greenwood.  This is Cadet Greenwood's first semester of JROTC, but her enthusiasm and commitment to the program will propel her into a leadership position next year.  Besides receiving the BAA medal, she also received a scholastic excellence medal from Military Officers Benevolent Corporation. I have two pictures attached.  The first shows me presenting the BAA award medal and the second shows the Cadets along with the Presenters from other Veterans, Military, and Patriotic organizations that also sponsored their medals for us. On behalf on LTC Gordon Wesley, Senior Army Instructor of Abe's Battalion at Lincoln High School, you and the BAA have our sincerest appreciation and gratitude.   Yours in Patriotism, Brendan White, Booster ...

Ray,
I cannot thank you enough for your volunteer support to play Taps at my Dad's funeral. I am very sorry that the emotion of the moment and time available did not allow me to greet you and thank you personally. I certainly intended to do so. I have made a donation to Bugles Across America acknowledging your volunteerism and professionalism.

The presence of a live Bugler added the touch of class and dignity that the Honors and tradition deserved. I would not have had it any other way. Again, I sincerely thank you and on the behalf of my family. My Dad would have been humbled.

Thank you,
Bob Wiseman

On March 19 2012 I, as a Past VFW post commander, was flag folder at a funeral where I met your Bugler Kirby Hill, from Carthage Texas.  I must say He did an outstanding job, It was an honor to have him play.  Looked sharp in his uniform and was perfect.  I tried to catch up with him before he left the area but got involved before I could catch him.  Great Great Great.
Veterans, Keep em on your mind.

March 5, 2012   Mr. John Worley c/o Bugles Across America   Dear Mr. Worley,   On Saturday, March 3, 2012, the Bridgewater Congregational Church, Bridgewater, Connecticut, had a memorial service for one of our veterans of WWII, LTC Franklin H. McColgin (Ret). COL McColgin served in the United States Army Air Corps in WWII and was a combat veteran having served in the European Theatre. He received 4 Air Medals for his efforts along with several other military awards and citations.   This service included a military honor guard, a military salute and the playing of Taps. You and your organization were instrumental in honoring COL McColgin by providing the bugler, Mr. Dillon Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriguez’s performance was inspirational and added the most time-honored culmination to the military funeral setting both the appropriate tone and atmosphere for this celebrated occasion.   The McColgin family and I very much appreciated your organization’s selfless service and the volunteerism of this wonderful young...
